Throughout his career, he has led large-scale operations and managed complex client portfolios for leading FM organisations, building a reputation for operational excellence, strong client relationships and a collaborative leadership style.

In his new role, Mark will focus on driving business growth, strengthening client partnerships and supporting Macro's strategic ambitions across key markets.
