Macro’s FM-based apprenticeship provides training in roles like assistant facilities manager, customer service advisor and front-of-house receptionist. With this type of apprenticeship, you will learn the technical skills required to perform your role at the highest level.
Macro also offers an apprenticeship linked to the Chartered Management Institute. Aimed at junior to middle managers, it provides vital skills related to management and leadership, including understanding the internal and external environment, stakeholder management and culture.
