Meet Mohammadsaif, a dedicated Accounts Payable Administrator at Macro, based in the UAE. Originally from Kudachi, India, with academic roots in Maharashtra, Mohammadsaif brings a blend of cultural heritage, resilience, and financial precision to his role.
Since joining Macro two years ago, he has become a steady force in our finance team - ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in vendor and payment operations.
In this spotlight, Mohammadsaif shares what motivates him, how he handles pressure, and the life lessons passed down from generations before him. His journey - from working during his MBA in the pandemic to thriving in a global business - is a testament to hard work, gratitude, and personal growth.
I am Mohammadsaif Abdulgani Jinabade. I am originally from Kudachi, a town in the state of Karnataka, India, and I completed my education in Maharashtra. My background reflects a blend of cultural richness and academic experience across two states.
I joined Macro two years ago as an Accounts Payable Administrator. In my role I oversee all activities within the AP department, including vendor management, payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.
A typical day involves managing all Accounts Payable activities, processing invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and resolving discrepancies. I focus on accuracy and efficiency while collaborating with my team and leadership to keep operations running smoothly.
I remind myself of the challenges I’ve overcome and stay grateful for the opportunities I have. My faith keeps me calm and focused, helping me tackle stressful situations with patience and resilience.
My strongest influences are my parents and my grandparents. My father, a farmer, worked tirelessly to provide for us, often facing tough challenges with determination and strength, while my mother lovingly cared for our home. Their hard work and sacrifices, along with the values passed down by my grandparents, have deeply shaped who I am today.
The pandemic gave me an unexpected opportunity to join a reputable organisation in India while studying for my MBA, leading me to a career in Accounts Payable.
I’m proud of how I’ve turned challenges into growth, learning from each experience and becoming stronger both personally and professionally.
The most important life lessons I’ve learned are resilience, hard work, and the importance of staying grounded through challenges - values that have shaped who I am and how I approach life.
What I appreciate most about Macro is its supportive and inclusive culture, strong focus on work-life balance, and the flexibility it offers. It’s a place where I feel valued, heard, and empowered to grow both personally and professionally.
I truly value the supportive culture at Macro, it feels like a place where I can grow, be myself, and make a real impact every day.
Having faced struggles myself, I’m motivated daily by gratitude and perspective, my faith, and the struggles I’ve overcome. I know the impact even small kindness can have. This drives me to appreciate life and help others whenever I can.
