Macro is pleased to announce that we have achieved SMAS WorkSafe Pro certification and are now an accredited member of the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP). 

This milestone reflects our continued commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance across our operations, ensuring we deliver safe, resilient, and high-performing workplaces for our clients. 

Raising the bar on health and safety 

The process required a comprehensive review of our systems, policies, and procedures. Since shortly after the Christmas period, teams across Macro have worked collaboratively to: 

• Conduct a detailed audit of existing health and safety documentation  
• Identify and address key gaps across the business  
• Strengthen governance, compliance, and operational processes  
• Develop and refresh critical policies to meet enhanced standards  

This has been a meaningful exercise in continuous improvement ensuring that our internal standards not only meet industry requirements but exceed client expectations.
