During the full year of 2024/25, Macro's people came together across the world to raise and donate a total of £34,637 for it's chosen charity partners. Collected across a combination of charity events, challenges and quiet acts of generosity, the funds have been split equally between our three chosen charity partners across the UK, Americas, and MENA.
From Golf Days to Step Challenges
This year's total came from a range of activities across our global teams:
Beyond fundraising, our regional teams also gave their time, volunteering their skills and hours in support of each charity in their area. This hands-on involvement is central to what Macro’s charity programme is about.
Macro's three chosen charities - FY 2024/25
Macro's Chosen Charity programme establishes annual partnerships with organisations that support disadvantaged children in the regions where we operate. These are active, flexible partnerships built around volunteering, skills sharing, and fundraising, not just one-off donations.
The focus on disadvantaged children was put to a vote across Macro's global teams and won decisively, making it a genuine expression of our shared values.
As Macro CEO said following the charity announcement: "Partnering with charities is a vital part of Macro's commitment to creating everlasting impact. We look forward to supporting these charities by channelling our resources toward their important causes, giving them greater certainty for the year, and helping to amplify the impact they have on our communities."

Tony Hudgell Foundation, UK & Europe
The Tony Hudgell Foundation enhances the lives of children affected by physical, emotional, or psychological abuse. Based in the UK, it provides fundraising and events, and offers grants to other charities supporting children across Europe. Macro's contribution this year helped enable five children with disabilities to travel to Lapland, an experience that means the world to families navigating extraordinary circumstances.

"We are incredibly proud to celebrate our ongoing partnership with Macro Group, whose generosity and commitment have made a remarkable difference to the work of the Tony Hudgell Foundation over the past year. We are deeply grateful for their continued support, compassion, and willingness to make a real difference. Partnerships like this help us create extraordinary memories for extraordinary children." - The Tony Hudgell Foundation

Feeding America supports families and children through meal-related programming and food banks, many of which are located in cities where Macro operates. It is the largest hunger-relief organisation in the United States.
Macro's donation this year helped provide 150,000 meals to children and families facing food insecurity.

Dubai Cares works across MENA and internationally to support children via youth education programmes, skills development, and health initiatives.
Through Macro's support, an equivalent of around 6,500 children received educational support and opportunities that would otherwise be out of reach.
Looking ahead
Macro's charitable ambitions continue to grow. For 2026/2027, we welcome Eurochild as a new European charity partner and Gulf for Good in the MENA region.
Our aim is to ensure our giving remains rooted in the communities where we work and live.
