Industry leaders Mark Arcari and Amanda Muzzarelli join Macro to drive next phase of global growth.

Macro is pleased to welcome two highly experienced facilities management leaders to its global team, with the appointments of Mark Arcari as Sales & Marketing Director and Amanda Muzzarelli as Global Account Director.

The appointments reflect Macro's continued growth and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients across its global portfolio.

Bringing decades of combined experience across facilities management, corporate real estate and workplace services, both Mark and Amanda will play an important role in supporting Macro's next phase of expansion and enhancing the value delivered to clients worldwide.

Mark Arcari joins Macro's Executive Management Team with more than 20 years of experience across property and facilities management. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale operations and managed complex client portfolios for leading FM organisations, building a reputation for operational excellence, strong client relationships and a collaborative leadership style.

In his new role, Mark will focus on driving business growth, strengthening client partnerships and supporting Macro's strategic ambitions across key markets.

Amanda Muzzarelli brings more than 15 years of experience managing corporate real estate portfolios and delivering complex workplace and facilities management programmes for global organisations.

A graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management and an active IFMA Chapter Leader, Amanda has extensive expertise in portfolio transformation, supplier governance, organisational change and operating model design. She is also a recognised industry speaker and contributor on key facilities management and workplace topics.

As Global Account Director, Amanda will work closely with clients to drive service excellence, strengthen strategic partnerships and support the successful delivery of global programmes.
