Our experienced Facilities Management specialists will conduct a structured on-site review covering key areas including compliance, fire and life safety, asset management, maintenance, cleaning, security, wellbeing, and operational performance. The assessment combines site observations, document reviews, and discussions with relevant stakeholders.
To achieve the greatest value from the Health Check, we ask for the support of key stakeholders during the review. This typically includes access to relevant documentation, maintenance records, compliance certificates, and a member of the school leadership or facilities team who can answer operational questions. For example, if we are reviewing air quality management, we may request previous air quality test reports, duct cleaning records, and details of any planned maintenance programme.
Similarly, when assessing compliance, we may review fire audit reports, fixed wiring certificates, Legionella assessments, and risk management procedures.
