Introducing the new Macro brand

With a bold visual identity and newly articulated purpose and values, we embrace our exciting future as an independent FM and workplace solutions provider.

Macro’s rebrand arrives at a key strategic moment for us. Following our management buy-out from construction services company Mace Group in late 2023, our newly independent FM business has readopted the name Macro, which we held from 2002 to 2019. As Macro once again, we set out to secure our position as a leading, differentiated FM and workplace solutions provider. 

Today, we do so enlivened by a bold brand that reflects the energy and scale of our commitment to our markets. I firmly believe our agile approach to FM has never been more relevant than it is now. Our rebrand sets out our ambition  to enable, support and move with our clients as they navigate today’s changing markets, workforces and technologies.

A purpose-focused business 

Our new purpose, summarised as “Everyday Excellence. Outstanding Experiences. Everlasting Impact,” challenges us to continue striving beyond conventional FM. It reflects our desire to balance workplace compliance with service quality, workplace experience and long-term value to our clients, colleagues and communities. 

Enabled by strong values 

Our new values – Drive for better, Delight clients, Do what’s right, and Develop people – build on the values that governed our business as part of the Mace Group. Today, they are more action-oriented, forward-looking, and ownable by everyone in our business, reflecting our desire to be proactive, future-focused and inclusive. 

A dynamic visual identity 

The brand identity reflects the need for ever-smarter, more efficient, and tech-enabled FM solutions. The new logo features a wave-shaped M, which represents the unwavering client focus required to deliver solutions “on their wavelength.”  

We are confident that this rebrand will help us to better share and communicate the strength of our value proposition to our clients and partners around the world.
