The contracted services include comprehensive Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance, specialised cleaning and hygiene services, landscaping and planting to enhance site aesthetics, rapid-response reactive maintenance, and project delivery services ranging from minor upgrades to complex facility improvements.
