Building on our This is Me campaign – celebrating Pride 2025

Earlier this year, we launched our global “This is Me” campaign creating space for our people to share their stories, celebrate individuality, and show that everyone belongs at Macro. It marked an important step in reinforcing our belief that inclusion is not a one-off conversation - it’s a culture we nurture together, every day.

An interactive global workshop for Pride month

This Pride Month, we proudly continued that journey. Our Inclusion and Belonging SteerCo led an interactive global workshop, bringing together colleagues from across the world to explore the role of language in creating an inclusive environment. The session focused on:

  • The importance of inclusive terminology
  • The evolving power of language
  • What true allyship looks like — and how to practice it

We also had the privilege of hearing a personal journey of allyship from one of our own team members - a powerful reminder that inclusion is never just theoretical; it’s about real people, real experiences, and real impact.

What this year’s Pride theme means to Macro

The theme for Pride 2025 “Reflect. Empower. Unite.” resonates strongly with our values at Macro to drive for better. It’s a call to:

  • Reflect on how far we’ve come and where we can do better
  • Empower every individual to be their authentic self
  • Unite as allies, colleagues, and friends to drive lasting change

Our Pride workshop was a reflection of this: a safe space to listen, learn, and take action together.
