With a wealth of building engineering knowledge, Account Lead Cuan MacInlay understands how to apply IoT sensor data to deliver tangible improvements in facilities management. By leveraging sensor-based AI technology, he has been able to translate raw data into actionable insights that enhance building performance, optimise asset utilisation, and support predictive maintenance strategies. His approach not only drives operational efficiency and workplace agility but also identifies opportunities for significant financial savings and carbon reductions for clients.

Attiya Khan, Associate Director for Sustainability brings over 19 years’ experience delivering sustainability strategies across the private and public sectors, including ISS and Mitie.
